The following are our current room rates which now include free WiFi access on the premises. (So remember to bring your laptop or PDA) There

Sunset Fishing Resort Cancellation Policy
Thank your for choosing Sunset Fishing Resort for your visit to the largest natural lake in California.
Since we never over book our rooms, your reservation is guaranteed in it's entirety. We require full payment for your stay, and will run your card immediately upon receiving your booking as an advanced lodging guarantee. Should you need to cancel all or part of your reservation and wish a refund, the rental fees are non-refundable unless canceled 7 days prior to arrival. Group/Multiple rental fees are non-refundable unless canceled 30 days prior to arrival.
If cancellations are conducted accordingly, there will be a cancellation fee of $10 per night for each rental under $100 or $20 for each rental fee over $100.
If you should cancel within seven days of your scheduled arrival date, your full payment for your entire stay, will become non-refundable WITHOUT EXCEPTION. This includes early checkouts.
PROP 65 NOTICE:
The environment and construction materials in your home, in the vehicle you drive, in your kitchen appliances and in your office environment are identical to the environment and construction materials at Sunset Fishing Resort. The materials mentioned as carcinogens in Proposition 65 are present everywhere.
Our attorneys have recommended that the following notice be placed in our confirmation literature. We apologize for the apparent severity of the language. PLEASE NOTE: The facility may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects and/or other reproductive harm.
Rules and Regulations
*There is a $20 Key cash deposit (at Check-In) required. Refunded when key returned.
*The resort enforces a NO SMOKING policy. Smoking outside is
permitted.
*A $100 cleaning charge will be assessed if occupant smokes inside or
brings an unauthorized pet of any type into the room.
*No bicycles are allowed inside the rooms.
*All charges for the full replacement cost of furnishings or wall finishes
damaged in, or stolen from occupant's room, other cleaning or lost
key charges, cancellation fee or bad check costs may be charged to
the sigher's card.
*Check-in time is 3:00 PM
*Check-out time is 11 AM
*Guests staying past 12 NOON will be charged a full night stay-over.
*Should it be necessary to pursue legal remedies in collection of
monies owed, signer will pay attorney's fees and all costs associated
with collection proceedings.
*The Resort assumes no responsibility for items left in or stolen from
any room.
Pet Policy
DOGS and CATS ONLY A fee of $50 will be included in your reservation costs. There is a two (2) pet limit per unit. Each pet must weight less than 40 pounds. You are required to present current vaccinations and licenses upon arrival. Cats should be kept indoors or harnessed while outdoors. Cat owners are required to double bag their cat's waste and dispose in the receptacle outside your unit. Dogs should be leashed at all times while outdoors. Dog owners are required to pup scoop waste and dispose in the receptacle outside your unit. If barking dogs or noisy cats become a nusance to other guests, you will be asked to remove the animal from the premises. There are animal sitting businesses available in the City of Clearlake.
